In addition, this is an extra opportunity to see new cities and countries, to visit such corners of Russia, for example, where I myself would definitely never go in my life. - How do you keep your figure? Diet? Gym?

“I have never been into diets. But sport in my life, on the contrary, has always been present. As a child - figure skating, now - skiing. In winter, especially in Europe, I do not miss the opportunity to get my dose of adrenaline on the slope. I love speed and height, I even jumped with a parachute! In addition, the rhythm of life does not allow you to relax. 2-3 times a week I try to work out in a fitness club with a trainer. He helped me develop a balanced nutrition system. Not without surprise, I learned that it turns out that feeling hungry is very harmful to the body, as a result you get the opposite effect. It is better to eat often, but little by little. Well, it is clear that it should be high-quality healthy food. Another discovery was that the fruits I loved and used to consume in huge quantities are not so healthy! An excess of fructose is not reflected in your figure in the best possible way.

Maximum 3 fruits per day and preferably before lunch. And whenever possible, I try to drink more water or herbal tea. And one day a week, I definitely allow myself everything I want - I break off at my favorite restaurants.
