Why isn't the transmission coming out while everyone is at home. RBC: Channel One will close the program “So far, everyone is at home” after the scandal with orphans

The entertainment program "So far, everyone is at home" is an old-timer on domestic television. She has been on the air since November 8, 1992. The author and presenter Timur Kizyakov came to visit famous artists, musicians, athletes and asked about life over a cup of tea. But in the new season, the program will not be on the air - Channel One decided to close it due to ethical and financial problems.

ON THIS TOPIC

The scandal erupted because of the heading "You will have a child", which has been published since 2006. Timur Kizyakov's wife Elena talked about children from Russian orphanages, promoted foster and foster families and helped with adoption.

According to the State Procurement website, in 2011, companies owned by the creators of the program "So far, everyone is at home" received a lot of money at tenders from the Ministry of Education and Science, as well as regional authorities to create videos about orphans. The amount is really huge - 110 million rubles. They spent them, according to the Vedomosti newspaper, on the creation of so-called video passports about orphans: 100 thousand for each.

At the same time, Channel One, on commercial terms, bought a license from the manufacturer for the entire program, including the heading "You will have a child." The channel was not aware that videos about orphans were produced at the expense of the state, the leadership of the First assures.

Everything was revealed at a meeting at the Ministry of Education and Science. According to TASS and the Komsomolskaya Pravda newspaper, Yevgeny Silyanov, an employee of the department, said that Kizyakov receives money from the budget to create videos about orphans and is suing other charitable foundations if they try to use the term "video passport".

As a result, Channel One terminated the contract with the manufacturing company "So far, everyone is at home." “We closed it because of a damaged reputation, they barely made it to the end of the season, but since April we have been preparing a new program,” sources on the First told the site.

Timur Kizyakov, host of “So far, everyone is at home,” told RBC that he was not aware of the termination of the contract: “I don’t have such information - I’m away.” Alexander Mitroshenkov, co-owner of the Dom company, noted that he could not comment on anything, since he "had no information."

On Channel One, the exodus of TV presenters who have worked there for almost decades continues.

On Tuesday, the news came that the TV company would no longer buy the program "So far, everyone is at home."

This is due to the scandal that began last year. The charitable part of Kizyakov's program - the heading "You will have a child" - critics accused of additional funding.

On Channel One, they then expressed bewilderment about this.

“We are buying the program “So far, everyone is at home” from the Dom company (formerly TMK and “So far, everyone is at home”). Since we are not involved in the creation of the project, we do not know the details of the relationship between the authors and government organizations, including financial ones. We have always considered charitable projects to be an important matter, and, of course, the section on orphans was welcomed by the channel. The information you provide is news to us. We will figure it out, ”the kp.ru website quoted the response of the TV company’s press service in December 2016.

“Happy work with children and for children in a variety of projects, films and television programs has accompanied me for a long time. "You are super! Dancing” is a unique NTV project that you want to be a part of! For many years, being the host of popular television shows of various formats, I have always tried to become a protector, support, comrade and friend for the participants. Especially for children, - quotes Oleshko site NTV.Ru. - As a child, I myself, dreaming of becoming an artist, studied in a variety of studios, circles, including dancing. And for some time he was part of the children's group of the legendary dance ensemble ZhOK. Therefore, I know firsthand how important a kind word and support is. I would like our young dancers to open up, show everything they are capable of. Each of them is great!”

It is noted that it was decided to close the traditional program in April 2017. The reason is the drop in ratings, the source believes. However, the final decision was made because of the scandal with orphans, which caused viewers to lose confidence in the TV show.

The program was produced by Dom LLC, Channel One with it and terminated the contract, RBC reports, citing a source. This happened due to an internal review of the channel, initiated due to media reports that the hosts of "So far, everyone is at home" Timur and Elena Kizyakova took money from several sources for the production of video passports for orphans. The videos were shown under the heading "You will have a child." They told about children from orphanages who are waiting for adoptive parents. Data on fraud were confirmed and Channel One decided to close the program.

According to the source of the publication, "Dom" received funds for the rubric from the TV channel, the state and sponsors. The company is 49.5% owned by Kizyakov, the remaining shares belong to the TV presenter's business partner Alexander Mitroshenkov and leader Nina Podkolzina.

Earlier, Vedomosti reported that the companies that created Poka Vse Dom received about 110 million rubles to create video passports from both the federal Ministry of Education and Science and regional authorities. According to the publication, the cost of producing one video is 100 thousand rubles, Channel One pays Dom about 1.5 million rubles for the release of one program. In addition, the program has a separate sponsor, part of whose funds are also received by the creators of "So far, everyone is at home."

The first channel decided to close the program "So far, everyone is at home" after the scandal with "video passports". According to media reports, the channel's management found it unacceptable that the companies of host Timur Kizyakov received exclusive rights and funding to produce charity videos about orphans. Kizyakov himself does not consider these claims justified.

The fact that Channel One terminated the contract with the company that produced the program "So far, everyone is at home" was reported by RBC on August 15, citing sources on the channel. The creator and host of the program, Timur Kizyakov, confirmed to the BBC Russian Service that the program would no longer air on Channel One.

The producer of the transmission was the Dom company, 49% owned by Kizyakov himself.

The decision to terminate the contract between the TV channel and the production company was made back in May, Kizyakov says. At the end of May, "Dom" notified the management of Channel One that "the methods of the channel's management" were unacceptable, the host claims.

“I don’t want to stir up this topic, but, for example, when a company writes to a channel on production issues, and the channel does not respond to letters at all, how to deal with this? How should I deal with the fact that the channel delays funding? And delays happened all the time ", - said the TV presenter.

Scandal with "video passports"

However, according to RBC sources, the reason for the closure of the program on Channel One is the scandal that erupted in the fall of 2016 with the "video passports" of orphans.

Commercial companies linked to Kizyakov received more than 100 million rubles ($1.6 million) from the state to produce videos about orphans, Vedomosti calculated.

These videos were shown in the section "You will have a child", which was hosted by Elena Kizyakova's wife as part of "So far, everyone is at home." At the end of the video, viewers were shown a phone number where they could get advice about adopting a child.

The indignation of the leaders of charitable organizations and the media was caused by the fact that Kizyakov's companies became the owners of the exclusive right to produce such videos and receive subsidies from the state for them.

Kizyakov registered the video passport trademark, and only they could receive tenders from the Ministry of Education for the creation of such products. The creation of one video cost 100 thousand rubles (1.7 thousand dollars), the Ministry of Education said.

In addition, as a representative of the Ministry of Education and Science told at one of the meetings (TASS correspondent Tatyana Vinogradova cited his words on her Facebook), Kizyakov sued other charitable organizations that also tried to create similar projects.

According to RBC, on Channel One they found out that the Dom company received money for the column from the TV channel, from the state and from sponsors. The management of the TV channel considered that this spoils the reputation of the TV channel.

"Bone in the Throat"

Kizyakov does not consider the claims justified. According to him, “So far, everyone is at home” is a “bone in the throat” for competitors who also shoot videos about orphans. However, he did not specify what kind of programs in question.

"As long as we exist, there is and with whom to compare. Look carefully at these programs through the eyes of a potential adoptive parent - what information will give you a reason to go to the child across the country?" Kizyakov says.

He stressed that thanks to the heading "You will have a child" in "While everyone is at home" 2.5 thousand children from orphanages left for families. "And when 20-30 thousand videos are filmed, and five children are arranged, the efficiency is zero," he believes, calling the competitors' content "props" and "visibility."

Kizyakov said that all funding for the production of video passports came from government agencies - the Ministry of Education and Science or regional authorities.

"In order for a child to be seen, a certain amount of information is needed, a certain amount of professional work," he explained.

At the same time, Kizyakov claims that the rubric's sponsor - the tile manufacturer - had nothing to do with the videos, and the sponsor's gift goes to the children's institution where the child-hero of the rubric lives. Kizyakov included the expenses for the trip of journalists to the orphanage in the estimate for the production of the program - it was assumed that Channel One would pay for this.

“I wonder how the channel will comment that the presenters are leaving one by one. We will not make excuses, but will continue to do what we were doing. The program may die, but it cannot die,” Kizyakov said. He added that he is considering the possibility of signing a contract with another TV channel and continue to show "So far, everyone is at home."

The press service of Channel One did not comment on the BBC information about Kizyakov's departure.

"So far, everyone is at home" has been broadcast on Channel One since 1992 on Sundays. The TV presenter came to visit celebrities and talked with their families.

According to Mediascope (former TNS) TV meter, Poka Vse Dom has lately been in the second half of the 100 most popular programs among Russians over the age of 4 rating. The rating of issues of "So far, everyone is at home" in the spring did not exceed 3%.

The average Russian TV viewer, turning on the TV on Sunday morning, will no longer see a positive person drinking tea while visiting the stars.

According to the source, this decision is connected with the results of the audit, during which it became clear how the program was financed.

The program, from which the country "crazy"

“So far, everyone is at home” is a real symbol of the era. The first issue aired on November 8, 1992, during the period of traumatic shock from the collapse of the USSR. There was very little positive at that time on TV, and Sunday tea gatherings became a real outlet for the audience, and the presenter Timur Kizyakov quickly became a star no less than those to whom he came.

For the beggars of the 1990s, the heading “Crazy Hands” became a godsend, in which inventor Andrey Bakhmetiev Together with Kizyakov, they created simple crafts from improvised materials. The most popular of them were, of course, plastic bottles, from which, it seems, Bakhmetiev was ready to collect anything, up to the space station.

In 1996 and 2006, "So far, everyone is at home" won the TEFI award in the "Best educational program" nomination.

Over a quarter of a century of existence, the program has become so recognizable that, perhaps, there were no major humorous projects where they would not joke about it, from parodies in Big Difference to hurricane numbers in Comedy Club.

"While everyone is at home" spoiled the "children's question"?

Television critics frowned, believing that the transmission format was outdated, just as Timur Kizyakov himself was outdated over 25 years of continuous tea drinking.

And yet, at first glance, nothing foreshadowed the current turn of events.

However, back in December 2016, at a seminar-meeting chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Olga Golodets Head of the Ministry of Education and Science Olga Vasilyeva drew the attention of the regions to the unscrupulous work of funds for the placement of children in families. Vasilyeva also mentioned the program “So far, everyone is at home”, in which since 2006 there has been a heading “You will have a child”, which deals with assistance in the adoption of children left without parental care. The program prepared the so-called video passports of the child, and the minister noted that filming video passports of orphans for adoption funds is a big problem. According to Vasilyeva, it is precisely because of such funds in the regions that there is a high return of children.

At the same time, information surfaced that the heading “You will have a child” allegedly receives additional funding from the funds that Minister Vasilyeva spoke about.

Timur Kizyakov: the methods of Channel One are unacceptable for us

Sources on Channel One claim that the decision to terminate cooperation with Timur Kizyakov was made back in the spring. "Hole" in the grid of Sunday broadcasting is intended to close the new show Yuri Nikolaev"Honestly".

In turn, Timur Kizyakov, in an interview with RBC, confirmed the fact of the termination of cooperation with Channel One, but at the same time stated that this was done at the initiative of the team creating So far, everyone is at home.

On May 28, the TV company Dom, which produces the program, sent an official letter on the termination of cooperation to Channel One.

Earlier it also became known that in the new season on Channel One and Alexander Oleshko. Malakhov goes on maternity leave, and he moved to NTV.
