We draw two ovals (large - torso, small - head.)

We connect them with two arcs (neck). And draw four columns. We draw ears, horns, a tail and of course eyes, and spots on the body.

We draw a palm tree to which our giraffe reaches. We will draw the trunk of a palm tree from triangles.

Colorize the resulting picture wax crayons. And outline with a simple pencil the palm tree has branches, on which we will draw leaves with green wax crayon.

When the picture is ready, take watercolor. We mark the horizon line, which will separate the sky from the earth. We dilute the blue watercolor with a large amount of water and fill the spaces of the sky to the horizon line. And we take the color for the earth and paint over already from the horizon line to the edge of the sheet.

You won't be able to draw a giraffe hard lesson if you have tried to draw a horse before. Almost the same body structure, only the legs of a giraffe are slightly longer than those of a horse, and, of course, a very long neck. If you draw in stages, first with a simple pencil, and then color the giraffe with colored pencils, the picture of the giraffe will be like a real one.

1. The initial contours of the giraffe

Draw three circles and connect them as in my drawing with straight lines. They will become a guide for further drawing a giraffe.

2. Draw the outlines of the legs

Let's draw now the contours of the legs of the giraffe. For the initial contours, we will also use circles and lines. For the giraffe's hooves only, draw small squares.

3. How to draw a giraffe's torso

At this stage, you need to draw the shape of the torso. To do this, you need to circle the previously drawn contours and get general form legs, neck and head. This is easy to do, just be sure to compare this step with my drawing of a giraffe. These are approximate lines, draw them without pressing hard on the pencil. Adjust if necessary until you get the correct contour. Please note that the legs of the giraffe are long and thin, and the neck is powerful and thick.

4. Remove extra contour lines from the drawing

Let's start drawing a giraffe

1 - Initially, taking a pencil with your talented brush, make a sketch as in the picture. There is already a giraffe, isn't there? :) But we won't stop there!

2 - Draw the head, only with a black pen. Do not forget about the characteristic "horns", ears, nostrils.

3 - With a solid line, select the "back of the head", the back of the neck and back to the tail.

4 - Now it's up to the front part - in one line add the giraffe's neck, part of the torso and half of the left front leg.

5 - Complete the left leg and outline the lower part of the torso to the point where the back left leg will grow from.

First, draw two ovals on a piece of paper. The bottom oval should be twice the size of the top one.
