Childhood and family of Nike Borzov

Nike was born in the city of Vidnoye. His father is a musician, because of this, the boy was familiar with such legendary bands as Creedence Clearwater Revival, The Beatles, Led Zeppelin and others since childhood.

He got interested in music early. The father was, of course, delighted. The mother didn't mind either. He did not have cardinal contradictions with his parents. Only once, as a seventeen-year-old boy, Nike disappeared from the house for several days. The parents were excited and made a real search. After the son was found, he was given the condition that he could do whatever he wanted, but he had to live at home.

The beginning of the career of the singer Nike Borzov, the first songs and great success

Borzov organized a group and named it "Infection". The group existed until 1992. At that time, two albums appeared. The name of one is "Onanism", the second was called "The Hole for the Navel". At the same time, the aspiring singer participated in various projects, among them Buufeyet, Mesopotamia, Special Nurses, Died, Platonic Prostitution, etc. To this day, Borzov is considered a full member of the X .. Forget team.

Nike's creative life was eventful. He managed to record several solo albums. A lot of controversy was caused by his super hit "Horse". So, on some radio stations, its broadcast was banned.

The program director of Nashe Radio did not consider it possible to air the song, but Dmitry Dibrov thought differently. The reason for this "noise" was in the lines of this song "a horse carrying cocaine." Because of this, Borzov was accused of promoting drugs. The singer repeatedly tried to explain the deep meaning of the song. According to him, it is about the fact that a person’s life is built in such a way that he drives himself into some kind of framework, invents his own order of things, which, as a result, is not able to violate. Nike compares the man in this song to a workhorse who has been pulling a cart with his happiness all his life. Hence the words "horse carrying cocaine."

New albums by Nike Borzov

In 1999, Nike began work on a new album. It was released by the singer in 2000. His name is "Superman". This was preceded by the signing of a contract with Snegiri-Music. The work was carried out in different recording studios and was experimental. Nike had to work both at the Mosfilm studio and in the basement of the children's music school in his native city. When recording a number of songs, all parts were performed exclusively by Borzov. The title song of the Superman album was recorded by Nike together with the musicians of the M. Pletnev orchestra.

Separately, it must be said about the song "Three Words", which was also included in the album, although Borzov was initially categorically against it, as he planned to use this song in one of his other projects. Later, he agreed to include her in the album, but on the condition that she be as "unkempt" as possible. To do this, when recording it, I had to do everything wrong, “against the rules”. The electric guitar sounded without electricity, there was no first chord, the tempo of the musical sound was deliberately increased. When recording the song, an Italian guitar was used, which the audience saw in the movie "Operation Y".

Naik Borzov - Three words / Naik Borzov - Tri slova

After this song was ready, it was sent to the maximum number of radio stations. Most of all, the song was liked and instantly became popular in the regions, the metropolitan radio stations were in no hurry to express their opinion, while the Baltic radio stations were delighted with Three Words. The first fashion for this song was introduced by the radio station "Super FM" of the city of Riga. It quickly became popular.

There is another special song on the album, according to Nike. We are talking about "Riding a Star", in which the voice of the legendary Che Guevara is used. Borzov considers "The Riddle" to be the most autobiographical song.

In 2002, the singer recorded the fifth album "Splinter". Many critics immediately recognized it as the record of the year, noting that this is a more mature and serious work by Borzov. Nike Borzov began his journey to the heights of professional show business with the organization in 1986 of the punk band "Infection", which lasted until 1992 and managed to release two full-fledged albums: "Onanism" (1990) and "A hole for the navel" (1992). Having taken part at various times in such projects as "Mesopotamia", "Platonic Prostitution", "Buufeyet", "Died", "Special Nurses", "Norman Bates Fan Club", as well as in the infamous Moscow region group "Dick Fuck" , Nike in the early 90s recorded his first solo disc Dive.

Then came the albums "Closed" (1994) and "Puzzle" (1997) with the song "Horse", which provoked disputes between the program directors of all radio stations because of the mention of cocaine in it. A huge role in the fate of Nike was played by Oleg Nesterov, who published the fourth album Superman (2000) on his label "Snegiri-Music". The hits from this record "Riding the Star" and "The Last Song" were such an amazing success that the maxi-single "Horse" was released on its wave. The unfortunate word was removed from the song, and it became truly popular. Members of the broken-up group "Masha and the Bears" helped the musician in the recording.

In the same year, 2000, Nike Borzov performed at the Fuzz Prize concert, where the ten thousandth Anniversary sang along with him. His performances at the "Invasion-2000" festival and the "Brother-2" music show also confirmed his status as a superstar.

In March 2001, Nike gave a solo concert at the Gorbunov Palace of Culture, and in the summer he played again at the Invasion. Nike's third consecutive performance in Ramenskoye took place in August 2002, after which the musician began to work closely on the next disc. And already in the fall, his fourth album "Splinter" was released, which attracted the attention of a serious musical press and was highly appreciated by critics. A large-scale tour in support of the album ended in the spring of 2003 at the Gorbunov Palace of Culture.

- the real one, from the parents - is in the musician's documents (in the passport and metrics). Borzov's creative career begins in 1986 with the organization of the punk band "Infection", which lasted until 1992 and recorded two albums: "Onanism" and "A Hole for the Navel". From 1989 to this day, Borzov has been actively involved in the infamous project.

In 1992 the first solo album by Nike Borzov was recorded. The second - follows in 1994.

1996 commemorated by the anniversary album "Take Your Bitch in Hands", released in honor of the decade of the group "Infection", where all the instruments, voices, etc. recorded by Borzov - no one else from the project simply was in the country.

February 1996 to March 1997 Nike records and mixes his third solo album. The hit from this record is banned from many FM radio stations due to the presence of the word "cocaine" in it ("It's just at the time when the whole country is singing: "Ma-ma-ma-marijuana," Nike notes).

In 1999 Nike Borzov signs a contract with Snegiri-Music.

January 2000 the album "Superman" (producers - Oleg Nesterov and Mikhail Gabolaev) is released, which is noticeably different from everything that Borzov did before. In 1999, director Yevgeny Zvezdakov shoots a video for the composition with which the promotional campaign of the album starts. According to this clip, the general public gets acquainted with Nike Borzov. Following the ironic "Three Words", a romantic composition starts, filmed by Andrey Airapetov, and when the video for (directed by Gleb Orlov) is released in the spring of 2000, the "hot-loving" young ladies cry, watching the death of the "lilac boy". Since 2000, Nike has been participating in the Maxidrom and Invasion festivals. Borzov demonstrates an enviable immunity to star disease and quickly becomes the persona of the grata on radio and television.

The hour of the "Horse" has struck summer 2000. Nike Borzov re-records the song, calls out to his colleagues - and in June a maxi-single is released on Snegiri. On it - a wide range of versions of "Horse" are presented (with and without the word "cocaine", with Nike's vocals, with female vocals, with Japanese deaf and dumb vocals "karaoke", etc.), as well as the best remixes of the composition, created by "Types of fish", "Netslov", Slava Finist.
