Shown here is the original drawing in pencil, before I colored it in pastels. It turned out dark thanks to the blue tinted paper. In order to make the lines of the masts and pipes even, I used a regular and flexible ruler.

To color the drawing, I used a pastel - hard Prismacolor and soft Rembrandt, which gave it a shine. The Prismacolor pencils have a waxy texture that makes it look like you've been painting with oil... Great effect!

For the contour lines, I used a flexible ruler (serpentine) and a triangle. Of course, to paint with acrylic paints, you also need a brush. I achieved the desired effect when depicting stars, luminous portals and lanterns on the deck with the help of acrylic paints - here they are indispensable! So we So let's get back to drawing.

And here is the finished Titanic. I want to remind you that I used a pencil to shade some areas of the ship - for example, the top of the chimneys, on the hull and anchor holes.
