Climb to the top of the mountain. Watch what a beautiful view opens from there. Surely you feel the wind, because in the mountains it blows almost always.

Breathe deeply with your shoulders back. Face the wind, feel its gusts on your skin. Feel the power of the elements, it will fill you with energy.

Relax, meditate. Spread your arms out to the sides to feel the force of the wind more strongly. For a few minutes, become a sail that straightens under the currents of the wind and carries the ship forward.
