Man is so arranged that fear lives in him in different forms. One is afraid of heights, the other is horrified by snakes or spiders. The third falls into a panic before passing the exam, the fourth is afraid to treat his teeth. Fear itself is not a problem, it is a natural reaction to a possible danger. It's part of the self-preservation instinct. If a snake is crawling along the path, then it is wiser to go around it.

The order of the gesture is as follows:

  1. Place your dominant hand in front of your chest with the palm up. Fingertips point forward.
  2. Point the outstretched little finger to the sky. The three central fingers are in a slightly bent, relaxed state. Take your thumb away from your palm at 45 degrees.
  3. Place the other hand in the region of the heart, the inner part of the palm is turned to the chest. Straight fingers point towards the dominant hand. Then bend your thumb so that it points up.
  4. The little finger of the weak hand should be bent and touch the palm. Also bend the nameless one, but it does not touch the palm of your hand. The middle and index fingers should be straight.
  5. We slowly raise the leading hand to the upper point of the forehead, while keeping the fingers in a given gesture. We do not turn the palm, it should look up.
  6. Keep your eyes open and unfocused, as in the previous exercise.

The procedure for performing a protective mudra:

  1. Place both hands in front of your chest.
  2. Turn your right hand palm up, fingertips pointing forward. Close the ring between the middle and thumb. Straighten the little finger as much as possible, and relax the index and ring fingers and bend them a little.
  3. The palm of the left hand is turned towards the chest and directed upwards. Gather the pads of four fingers into a pinch, the index is not included in the combination. It must be directed vertically to the sky. Then this arm should be raised so that the brush is flush with the shoulder.
  4. On the contrary, lower your right hand forward. Its section, going from the hand to the elbow, should form a right angle with the body.
  5. In this position, you should stand for 5-10 minutes with open, defocused eyes.
  6. Concentrate your attention on the bridge of your nose and visualize a bright beam of energy that illuminates the space in front of you and eliminates negativity. Remember the intention to expose the lie.

Mudra that turns all harmful actions to your benefit

Mudra that will protect against pressure from different people

In other words, if someone uses your gentleness and kindness to your detriment, and you do not find the determination to refuse, then mudra will come to the rescue.

  1. Place the palm of the dominant hand in front of the chest, point the fingers towards the weaker hand. Squeeze the brush into a fist, but the fingers are not bent, but pressed to the base of the palm. In this case, the thumb covers the lateral face of the index finger.
  2. With the auxiliary hand, draw a “stop” sign: hold the brush at chest level, turn the palm outward. Spread your fingers pointing upwards between each other until they stop.
  3. The back of the dominant hand should be pressed against the back of the weak hand. The line of the base of the fingers on the weak hand runs along the thumb of the strong hand.
  4. Without opening your hands, bring them to the jugular cavity.
  5. Keep your eyes open and out of focus. Visualize the energy center in the throat area. Form a protective energy cocoon that shields you from outside pressure.

Vayu-Mudra (Vayu-Mudra)

Vayu Mudra cleanses the blood, relieves arthritic pain, heals joints, paralysis, Parkinson's disease, works well against sciatica, rheumatism, knee pain, trembling hands, neck, head. Improves gas formation, relieves pain in the neck, back.

The task of this mudra is to weaken the "wind" (air) in different parts of the body. Ayurvedic medicine proceeds from the fact that various types of “winds” in the body can cause numerous disorders, including gout, rheumatism, sciatica, bloating, rheumatism, trembling of the hands, neck, and head.

Technique:

Both hands: Place the index finger so that it reaches the base of the thumb with the pad and touches it. With your thumb, lightly hold your index finger in this position, and the remaining fingers are straightened and relaxed.

As a treatment daily 3 times for 15 minutes until recovery.

With the timely application of this Mudra, improvements come very quickly. In chronic diseases, it is additionally necessary to apply (see No. 6). It is necessary to stop practicing Vayu Mudra immediately after recovery.

Too much "wind" of the body can occur due to internal slagging (especially in the intestines), due to a state of strong excitement or due to a violation of the respiratory rhythm. However, excitation and failure of the respiratory rhythm are interconnected.

Imagine that you are in the middle of a storm. As you exhale, you blow in the direction of the wind. Now all your internal distortions and slags come out of you and are carried away by the wind. Gradually, the storm subsides, and you become more calm, gradually slowing down and weakening your breathing. Now you pause after inhaling and exhaling, realizing how the air subtly rushed into your lungs as you inhaled; exhale slowly and calmly. Immerse yourself in pleasant tranquility and draw new strength from there.

Shunya-Mudra (Shunya-Mudra)

Mudra of Heaven(Aether).
