Luberetskiy Regional Palace of Culture- a well-known center of art and creativity, located in the city of Lyubertsy near Moscow. This site was opened in the middle of the twentieth century. It is located in a building specially built for these needs, located in the central district of the city on Oktyabrsky Prospekt, not far from the city park. From the moment of its foundation, numerous circles and sections on various types of creativity and sports disciplines began to work here.
