How it all began?

Somewhere in distant Siberia lived two friends: Pasha and Eric. The guys were daring, very smart and loved to experiment. Which of them came up with the idea to create a musical group, this is unknown to us. Judging by the fact that the producer was Eric Chanturia, the idea was his.

The second soloist of the Hi-Fi group was a professional model. After the appearance of Tatyana Tereshina, the video "Seventh Petal" was shot. Neither the song nor the colorful production, which starred more than 20 people, did not receive much popularity.

In 2004, under Tatyana, the group became one of the most popular and in demand in Russia. And a year later, Tereshina left the project.

third chance

Tatiana's replacement was not immediately found. This time Ekaterina Lee joined the Hi-Fi group. We know her as Katya Lee from the Factory group.

The girl did not stay long in the project. With her, only three clips were released. In 2010, Ekaterina left the group. But Mitya Fomin left even earlier. It was a blow to all the participants, they didn't want to let the guy go. Nevertheless, Mitya managed to make a brilliant solo career.

Another shift

Haven't lost count yet? became the fourth member of Hi-Fi. She was replaced by the departed Katya Lee. Kirill immediately runs away. Moreover, this artist left the group with a scandal.

He is replaced by Vyacheslav Samarin. He stayed with the Hi-Fi group for a very short time. Came in February 2012, left in October of the same year.

What now?

Until the end of 2016, nothing was heard about the group. It would seem that this is a complete collapse. But in 2016, a new vocalist suddenly appeared. This is Marina Drozhdina. They performed together with Timofey Pronkin.

Masha rather quickly left the group (in August 2003) to devote herself to her family. But few people know that the former artist not only got married, but converted to Islam! This was demanded by Masha's husband, lawyer Alexei Zuenko, to whom Alalykina gave birth to a daughter. True, family happiness did not last long: the man left Masha for another. Pavel Yesenin himself planned to become the soloist of "Hi-Fi", but deciding that the touring life would not leave time for composing music, he abandoned this idea, and Mitya Fomin became the frontman of the group. However, Yesenin did not like Fomin's vocals, and he began to sing for him on the group's records.

The official founding date of the group is August 2, 1998. From that day on, artists Mitya Fomin, Timofey Pronkin and Oksana Oleshko began to work together on the filming of a video clip for the song “Not Given”.

It is noteworthy that up to this point the participants did not intersect with each other, did not know each other, and even recorded at the studio at different times.

In early 2003, Oksana Oleshko left the group: she decided to leave show business and devote herself entirely to her family. Two weeks later, a new soloist was found, she became a professional model Tanya Tereshina.

In May 2005, Tatyana Tereshina decides to pursue a solo career and leaves the group. At the beginning of 2006, Katya Li, a student of the jazz department of the St. Petersburg University of Culture and Arts, was approved for the role of a soloist.

At the beginning of 2009, against the background of the falling popularity of Hi-Fi, Mitya Fomin left the band for the sake of a solo career, tired of "animating" Pavel Yesenin. He is replaced by a new member - Kirill Kolgushkin, but Timofey Pronkin becomes the actual leader of the group.

In February 2010, Ekaterina Lee announced her departure from the band for "greater self-realization on stage." She later became the lead singer of the group Factory instead of the departed Sati Casanova. In March 2010, after passing the casting, the new soloist Olesya Lipchanskaya got into the team.

In April 2011, Kirill Kolgushkin announced his intention to leave the band.

In February 2012, Vyacheslav Samarin became the new soloist of the group, however, he left the group in October of the same year.
