What is a system in sports betting. Systems in bookmakers System 3 out of 15 number of options

I think everyone is familiar with the fact that bets in a bookmaker are of the following types:
- ordinary
– express
- system
— conditional rate

Everyone knows about the game with singles and express bets, the game with a conditional bet is somewhat specific, so we will analyze it later. But here's what I recently came across. With the fact that even people who have been playing in a bookmaker for a long time do not understand the features of the game system well. Now I will try to talk about it. In the form of questions and answers.

1) What is a system?

You can look into the rules of any bookmaker, and you will find something like this inscription there. “A system is a set of parlays, which is a complete enumeration of parlay options of the same size from a fixed set of outcomes. It is characterized by the same bet size for each accumulator (system variant) and the same number of outcomes in each accumulator. When betting on the system, you must specify the total number of outcomes and the dimension of the accumulator (system option). The winnings in the system are equal to the sum of winnings on express bets included in the system” (from the rules of the game of a well-known bookmaker).

Similar can be found in the rules of other offices. But here's the problem. It's pretty hard to understand. Therefore, I will try to explain the same thing in a simple accessible language.

We decided what we would bet on. That is, several matches were selected for the game. But here's the problem. If you play them as singles, then in order to win well, you need to bet a decent amount of money on each match. You can do it differently: form an express from the events you like. Bet a little, but with a large coefficient. But in this case, if some bet loses, then we will get nothing at all. There is also a third option. Make several accumulators from the selected events. And if some event in one of the accumulators does not play, then we will get 0 only for this accumulator, and the rest will win.

But how to split bets on parlays? Can he play doubles (multiple accumulators from two events), trebles (out of three) or something else? In the future, I will write how to do it correctly. So, for example, we have chosen that we all bet we will play doubles. But which stakes to include in which doubles? By and large, they are all equal (they will probably object to me here, because there is a super bet that will win 100%, but remember how many times this super bet of yours has not played?).

This is where the system game comes to our aid. When playing the system we say. Here are our events. Make them Express. In each express, include ... (here we are talking about the dimension of the system) events. In all possible combinations. For example: our events:

Then the set of twins for them will be:

1. (Torpedo - Spartak M: Pobeda 2 teams) * (Krylya Sovetov - Rotor: Pobeda 1 team)

2. (Torpedo - Spartak M: Pobeda 2 teams) * (Uralan - Lokomotiv M: Pobeda 2 teams)

What does this give us? The fact that if the bet did not play (Torpedo - Spartak M: Victory of 2 teams) and for 1 and 2 accumulator we got a win of 0. And the third express played. And we won money. That is, if we combined all 3 events into one accumulator, we would lose money. And in the case of the system, even if there is one unguessed event, we will win money.

2) I know that when playing according to the system, it is necessary to name according to which system “how much of how much” I play. What should I call?

Name the number of events that you have selected for betting. And how many events would you like to include in each accumulator of those events. The 2 out of 3 system was analyzed above (we chose 3 events and included 2 events in each accumulator). This is called the dimension of the system.

3) What is the number of options in the system?

This is how many parlays can be made if all events are divided into parlays in accordance with a given dimension. For example, in a 2 out of 3 system, you can make 3 accumulators (2 events each). We discussed this case above.

4) What can be the dimension of the system? What are the restrictions on the system?

Yes, anyone. For example, 2 out of 3, 7 out of 9, 4 out of 6, etc... But here the following should be taken into account.
Companies may restrict:
A) The number of events included in the system.
B) The maximum number of options in the system.
C) The minimum amount for 1 system option
D) The maximum coefficient of one accumulator in the system

For each bookmaker, these parameters are different. You can find them in the rules.
But what are they for? In my opinion: "A" and "B" are associated with outdated office software. "B" so that the players would bet more money. "G" - so as not to go broke if the players are lucky.

5) What are the systems?

- Simple (those that are accepted by all offices, we analyzed them above)
- Complex (those that accept only the most advanced offices (as I understand the offices that allow their software to do this))
- Invented by different people - a set of ordinary bets arranged in different ways. Wow! And how many of them there are!

5) What is a complex system?

The funny thing about this question is that I was asked not only by ordinary players, but also by some bookmakers. Even one very large well-known bookmaker asked. Maybe because I think that they are not eager to learn and introduce something new? So the big ones...

A complex system is a system of each event, in which it can consist of express bets. That is, for example, modifying the previously considered example, before we had 3 events:

1.Torpedo - Spartak M: Pobeda 2 teams
2. Wings of the Soviets - Rotor: Victory of 1 team
3.Uralan - Lokomotiv M: Pobeda 2 teams

And we wanted that the first event we had with you was not
“Torpedo - Spartak M: Victory 2 teams”, and express
1. (Torpedo - Spartak M) * (CSKA - Rubin Pobeda 1 team)

Then system 2 of 3 will be:

1. ((Torpedo - Spartak M) * (CSKA - Rubin Victory of 1 team)) * (Krylya Sovetov - Rotor: Victory of 1 team)

2. ((Torpedo - Spartak M) * (CSKA - Rubin Pobeda 1 team)) * (Uralan - Lokomotiv M: Pobeda 2 teams)

3. (Krylya Sovetov - Rotor: Victory of 1 team) * (Uralan - Lokomotiv M: Victory of 2 teams)

6) Why do we need these most complex systems? That simple systems are not enough for us to play?

Complex systems are convenient when playing with small odds. That is, for example, we have 2 events with large coefficients. And a few events that have very small odds. The most optimal way in this case is to make a complex system 2 out of 3. The first 2 events will be events with higher odds. And the third event will be an accumulator from the rest of the events (those with small odds).

Let's continue to consider systems. In general, what is the purpose of playing in a bookmaker's office? Most will say - win money! And they will be wrong. The main goal is not to lose this money! As you know, according to statistics, 90..92% of players lose. It is due to them that the remaining 10% of the players who win, and the bookmakers themselves, live.

So let's take a look today. How can you not lose using systems.
Let's take this situation. We play a 2 out of 3 system. And we guessed 2 outcomes. Question: Will we make a profit? Or we will lose. Answer: it all depends on the odds we played. If the average coefficient of winning events of the system is large enough (for a system of 2 out of 3 => 1.73), then we won, then we will be returned the money back. If a little less, then we lose a little.

Therefore, for each system there is a so-called break-even point. Here is a table that describes these coefficients:

2 out of 3 => 1.73
3 out of 4 => 1.58
4 out of 5 => 1.49
5 out of 6 => 1.43
6 out of 7 => 1.38
7 out of 8 => 1.34
8 out of 9 => 1.31

That is, for example, playing the 8 out of 9 system and guessing 8 events, we will make a profit if the winning odds in the system are at least 1.31.

Now. As for other systems.

2 out of 4 => (3) 1.4 (2) 2.45

3 out of 5 => (4) 1.35 (3) 2.15
2 out of 5 => (4) 1.29 (3) 1.8 (2) 3.15

4 out of 6 => (5) 1.32 (4) 1.97
3 out of 6 => (5) 1.26 (4) 1.71 (3) 2.71
2 out of 6 => (5) 1.22 (4) 1.58 (3) 2.23 (2) 3.87

5 out of 7 => (6) 1.27 (5) 1.85
4 out of 7 => (6) 1.23 (5) 1.63 (4) 2.44
3 out of 7 => (6) 1.20 (5) 1.52 (4) 2.06 (3) 3.27
2 out of 7 => (6) 1.21 (5) 1.48 (4) 1.91 (3) 2.7 (2) 4.7

6 out of 8 => (7) 1.26 (6) 1.74
5 out of 8 => (7) 1.22 (6) 1.56 (5) 2.23
4 out of 8 => (7) 1.19 (6) 1.47 (5) 1.93 (4) 2.9
3 out of 8 => (7) 1.17 (6) 1.41 (5) 1.77 (4) 2.43 (3) 3.83
2 out of 8 => (7) 1.15 (6) 1.35 (5) 1.67 (4) 2.15 (3) 3.05 (2) 5.3

What are the numbers in brackets? In parentheses is the number of events we guessed. That is, 3 out of 8 => (5) 1.77, it should be understood as the fact that when playing in the 3 out of 8 system, guessing 5 events, we will be returned the money if the average coefficient of the events won is at least 1.77

Bookmakers provide their customers with such a type of bet as a system. Many bettors have heard about systems, but do not risk betting on them. Not everyone understands the principles of calculating winnings for this type of bet. But in some cases, it is beneficial to bet in bookmakers with systems.

Fast passage

What is a betting system

The system is a set of expresses. They are made up of events selected by the BC customers. Accumulators must have the same number of outcomes. The amount wagered is distributed equally among all express bets. In the game coupon, the client specifies the number of parlays (system size) and outcomes. The total winnings are made up of all accumulators won.

For example, we found three matches for betting. However, it is not entirely clear which type of betting is better to apply for them. If you put in ordinary, you will have to allocate a significant amount of funds. An alternative option is an accumulator with an acceptable total odds. However, if at least one event does not play, then all the money will go to the bookmaker.

In such cases, experienced bettors decide to bet with a system. For example, we want to bet on the outcomes of three fights:

Bayern - Borussia D: P1; (factor 1.45)

Bayer – Schalke: P2 (odd 1.95)

Werder – Hamburg: X2 (odd 1.85)

In this case, the dimension of the system is 2 out of 3 (2/3). It turns out that all possible accumulator bets from two events are made up of three fights. In our case, there will be three express trains:

1 . Bavaria - Borussia (kef - 2.82)

Bayer — Schalke

2. Bavaria - Borussia (odds 2.68)

Werder — Hamburg

3. Bayer - Schalke (odd 3.6)

Werder – Hamburg

The meaning of this bet is that even if one event does not win, then we will remain in the black or lose a little. For example, if we bet 30 units, then the calculation of the winnings will be as follows:

If the first and second events play, then we will get a loss of 10x2.82 - 30 = 2 units. If the first and third events play, then we will lose only 10x2.68-30 = 3 units. In the case when the second and third events play, we will receive an income of 10x3.6 - 30 = 6 units.

If all three events play, then we get an income of 61 units.

This is the simplest kind of system. There are also more complex ones:

  • 2 out of 4;
  • 3 out of 5;
  • 5 out of 7;

The first number always indicates the number of events in the accumulator. The second number indicates the number of events in the system. It is very difficult to sort through all the options manually. Therefore, many bookmakers provide system calculators. The player selects the type of system and specifies all events for it.

Using the Calculator to Calculate the Winning Systems

For convenience, you can use the online system calculator. It is configured for the most voluminous systems with a large number of express trains. Let's take the 2 out of 4 system as an example. Let's add to the selected events one more "Bordeaux - Marseilles (p1 with a coefficient of 1.9). If this event does not play, we will get the following alignment:

This calculator is useful in that it can be used to calculate various outcomes. Moreover, it allows you to find the most profitable coefficients. By changing the checkboxes in the "Return", "Winner" cells, as well as the values of the coefficients, you can find the break-even point for systems of several lost matches and select events with suitable quotes.

System break-even point

With the help of a calculator for calculating systems, it is not difficult to choose such coefficients in order to make a profit with several losses. Calculations show that with certain odds, even if one or two events are lost, players will make a profit. To check this, it is enough to multiply the quotes in all accumulators, and if you get a number greater than the number of accumulators, then such a system will be profitable.

Let's take a simple example. Let's take a 2 out of 3 system for calculation. Our coefficients are 1.75 and 1.8, 1.85. Multiplying these three numbers in pairs, we get 3.15 and 3.33 and 3.23. The results are greater than 3. So you can guess 2 events out of 3, and eventually get a profit

To confirm the correctness of these calculations, we will enter the values of quotes into the calculator and get the winning options when one of the outcomes does not play:

We see that in all three cases we get a profit with one unplayed event. Therefore, when compiling an accumulator, you should find matches with such odds so that their product is a large number of events.

The task of the bettor is to find the minimum coefficient at which he will not incur a loss. It is very easy to calculate this value. It is necessary to take the following root using a calculator:

In this case, S denotes the number of events, and n is the number of accumulators from them. With the help of an online calculator for calculating the n-th root of any number, it is easy to get break-even points for systems of various types:

In this case, in the field "number" we substitute the number of events, and in the field "degree" the dimension of express bets (the number of events in each express bet). As a result, we will get the following break-even point values:

System 3 of 4

The 3 of 4 system consists of 4 accumulators with three events each. The principle of selection of events and calculation is the same as for other options. The minimum odds can be slightly less than 1.6, so that the product is greater than 4. The essence of the calculation for this system is the same as for the 2 out of 3 system. You need to guess at least 3 out of 4 outcomes. When calculating the result of the system, express bets with predicted outcomes are added. Of course, there are more options than in the first system. However, the risk of losing here is no higher than in the 2 out of 3 system.

System 3 of 5

The 3 out of 5 system has 10 calculation options. The coefficient of each option is the product of the coefficients of each triple. Odds for outcomes are selected in such a way that the product of all express triples exceeds 5. In such a system, you can not guess even 2 events, and remain in profit. The calculation of this and more complex systems is best done in a calculator.

conclusions

As you can see, playing on systems can be profitable, even with some unexpected outcomes. These rates can be selected. In this case, it is better to use calculators so as not to make mistakes in the calculations and correctly select the coefficients for all events. In these calculators, it is enough to select the type of system and enter their odds. So you get the calculations of all possible options for a particular system.

If you bet not just for fun, but for the purpose of making money, then in the long run it will be impossible without the use of a game strategy.

Strategies differ from each other not only in their approach to betting, but also in the complexity of perception for ordinary people. Therefore, most use fairly simple strategies. One of these is the 2 out of 3 strategy. It is simple and clear, and also quite effective.

The difference between the "2 out of 3" strategy and the "2/3" system

This strategy should not be confused with the well-known type of systems, when bets in different combinations are placed on two different events out of three at the same time.

The system is a set of express trains. And an express is several bets taken in a group so that the odds for the selected events are multiplied with each other.

The "2 out of 3" strategy involves single bets on three events at the same time, but not as an accumulator. The basis of the "2 out of 3" strategy is an ordinary flat - bets of the same size on events with different odds.

So how is the 2 out of 3 strategy used? As mentioned above, bets are made in the form of ordinars (single bets), the amount of which must be equal. The number of bets in one chain should be three, and the odds of events should be from 1.51 to 2.10. The calculation in this strategy is that two out of three bets will play and this will bring profit.

Consider an example:

1 X 2
Newcastle – Manchester United 3.15 2.90 1.60
Borussia M – Nuremberg 1.80 2.50 3.80
Ajax - PSV 1.70 3.20 3.90

Let's make three bets in the amount of 100 USD. to the victory of Manchester United, Borussia and Ajax. Thus, the amount of bets will be 300 USD. Let's assume that Manchester United and Borussia M won and Ajax failed to win. In this case, our financial result will be as follows:

100x1.60 + 100x1.80 + 100x0 - 300 = 160 + 180 + 0 - 300 = 40 c.u. is our net profit.

Obviously, if only one of the three outcomes plays, this will not bring us profit, but since bets are placed on favorites with good odds, there is reason to believe that two of the three bets will play, and if only one, then the losses will not be so great .

A feature of the "2 out of 3" strategy is that bets can be made not simultaneously, but sequentially. In this case, the chain of three events must always be supported, except for those cases when the first two bets have played - then the third bet can be left out and a new chain can be started.

Chains must be combined in a series. For example, 10 chains in one series. That is, 30 bets are made. At the same time, individual chains can be not just unprofitable, but absolutely losing. But the total balance that you can count on is 20 winning bets with 10 losing bets.

The "2 out of 3" strategy is one of the best for betting beginners. It is clear and easy to use, and can also bring good profits in the long run.

From several outcomes, each of which is calculated separately. You add a certain number of events to the coupon and choose the dimension of the system, for example, 2/4 (2 out of 4). This means that out of four options, at least two will be winning.

The system is used when there are doubts about several events from the accumulator. The main advantage of this type of betting is that with one mistake all the money is not lost. In an accumulator, any misfire leads to a loss, even if the remaining options pass.

How is the system calculated?

The potential win depends on the dimension, which is denoted as 2/3, 3/6, 14/16 and so on, depending on the number of bets in the coupon.

The principle of calculation is the same as in express bets. The only difference is that each accumulator in the system is independent, so all combinations are calculated separately.

The amount wagered is distributed equally among all variants of the system. Winnings for individual options are summed up and form a total payout.

Express system example

Let's take the 2/4 system as an example. There are 4 outcomes in the coupon, each combination includes two events. Only 6 options. The amount is 600 rubles (100 per combination). The system consists of the following matches (cf is a coefficient):

  • 1.CSKA - AEK, P1, kf. 1.50;
  • 2. Young Boys - Dynamo K., X2, kf. 1.51;
  • 3. Roma - Juventus, P2, kf. 2.02;
  • 4. Arsenal - Benfica, P1, kf. 1.50.

In a system of this dimension, 6 combinations will be obtained (the numbers of events from the list above and the coefficient are indicated):

  • 1+2, kf. 2.41;
  • 1+3, kf. 3.03;
  • 1+4, kf. 2.25;
  • 2+3, kf. 3.05;
  • 2+4, kf. 2.26;
  • 3+4, kf. 3.03.

If 4 events play, the winnings will be 1603 rubles (241+303+225+305+226+303).

If one outcome is lost, three combinations disappear (not taken into account when multiplying quotes). When two bets fail, only one accumulator will play. You will lose, but not the entire amount. If you lose 3-4 events, the bet money is lost completely.
