What happened to the TV show while everyone is at home. Timur Kizyakov about the “orphan” scandal: “No one will do anything like this for such funds

Channel One reported that when buying the program "So far, everyone is at home" from the manufacturing company, he did not know about the production of the heading "You will have a child" at the expense of the state, about the participation of the creators of the program in tenders and about the registration of the trademark "video passport", reported RIA News .

Earlier, the media reported that the production of the so-called video passports for orphans for the heading "You will have a child" within the framework of the program "So far, everyone is at home" was taken from several sources at once: from the state, from the TV channel and from sponsors.

On Wednesday, an official representative of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation said that the department had organized an audit of information previously posted in the media about violations during the filming of the TV show "So far, everyone is at home" on Channel One - in particular, they will check the use of 110 million rubles allocated, according to media reports, by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation for commercials about orphans.

“Channel One bought the program “So far, everyone is at home” from the manufacturer, the Dom company, including the heading “You will have a child.” The channel did not know that the heading was produced at the expense of the state, as well as about the participation of the creators of the program in tenders and registration of the trademark "video passport". Based on the results of publications in the media and public reaction, we decided to close the program. At the moment, the contract with the producer of the program has been terminated," the press service of Channel One said.

The program "So far, everyone is at home" first went on the air in 1992 and since then has done it every Sunday at 10.30 am, according to the project's website. The program is served "just in time for a family breakfast: on one side of the screen at the table - a family of spectators, on the other - the family of a famous artist, writer, athlete or musician." The permanent host of the program was Timur Kizyakov. Kizyakov's wife Elena led the column "You will have a child."

In December 2016, at a seminar-meeting chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Olga Golodets, the head of the Ministry of Education and Science Olga Vasilyeva drew the attention of the regions to the unfair work of funds for placing children in families that are not related to the corresponding program and give up to 30% of the return of children, recalling the work TV presenter Timur Kizyakov, who prepares the appropriate passports for orphans and helps them settle into families.

In August 2017, it became known that Channel One in the new television season would not purchase the program "So far, everyone is at home." According to a source familiar with the situation, this decision is related to the results of the audit, which revealed how the program was funded.

Timur Kizyakov, TV presenter of the program "So far, everyone is at home," said that the sponsoring companies did not transfer money to the program's accounts, but sent it to the guardianship authorities. According to him, strict accountability was provided for the state funds allocated for the program. As noted, the TV presenter considers reports about the sources of the program to be slanderous.

Another departure from the First: Timur Kizyakov leaves the channel. The program "While everyone is at home" will no longer be released. The formal reason for the closure of the program, which turned a quarter of a century this year, was the scandal with the financing of filming videos about orphans. It turned out that three sources allocated money at once: the channel, the state and sponsors. Kizyakov said that he quit himself.

The decision to close the program, according to RBC, was not made on August 15, but a month before. Allegedly, Channel One has long been dissatisfied with the quality of "So far, everyone is at home", although such centenarians on television still need to be looked for: the program has been released since 1992 and has changed little over the past quarter century, attempts to somehow update it have failed, and the only innovation is more than ten years old .

In 2006, the heading “You will have a child” appeared in the program. They say that it was the situation around her that was the last straw. On television, such issues, as a rule, are resolved quietly, without taking dirty linen out of public. So it was with Malakhov, and the intrigue remains to this day. Oleshko's departure went almost unnoticed. In the case of Kizyakov, the matter is literally about money.

At the end of last year, the company producing the program received 110 million rubles from the Ministry of Education and Science for the production of videos, the so-called video passports, about orphans. The channel also paid for this, sponsors also helped. According to Vedomosti, one rubric costs 100 thousand rubles. Kizyakov could do it for less money, says Mitya Aleshkovsky, head of the Need Help charity foundation.

Mitya AleshkovskyCharitable Foundation "Need Help"“He was accused of producing these commercials on a commercial basis. They said that since you are doing a good deed, you should not be engaged in commercial activities. This, in my opinion, is wrong, because everything in this world has a commercial value, even the production of a video, and the people who produced these videos, of course, should receive decent wages according to market conditions. There is nothing wrong with a charitable foundation paying for some commercial task. The question is whether they paid a justified price or not. If this price is not justified, then it is not justified in the case of a commercial organization.

At the same time, prices for the work of an operator in Moscow are known - 20 thousand rubles. And if you go to the regions, pay for tickets and accommodation for the film crew, and if there are more children than the original budget suggested?

Komsomolskaya Pravda and Vedomosti were the first to pay attention to the scandal, clinging to the status of the defendants and the amount. At the end of last year, at a meeting of the Ministry of Education and Science, it turned out that “So far, everyone is at home” makes videos about orphans with public money. In itself, this is not a problem, but the difficulty is that the word "video profile" turned out to be a registered trademark, and Kizyakov allegedly even sued other philanthropists about this.

And, of course, it turned out that the production of “So far, everyone is at home” received double, if not triple, payment, which became the reason for the proceedings within Channel One. The situation cleared up right at the beginning of the new season. Timur Kizyakov himself commented on her Business FM:

Timur Kizyakov TV presenter “I give a simple example. Do you know how much it costs to dig a grave? 40 thousand! Through Sberbank, official payment. 40 thousand. Two diggers will work with shovels for an hour, and then save a child's life, and not with funds that were begged from people, but with state funding or large companies. It suddenly became a crime, and we have to make excuses, explain something. If the video passport disappears, this will never happen again, because no one will do anything like this for such funds. If this was a profitable business, wouldn't other TV channels, possessing both staff and equipment, do something similar at home? They would have dropped the price - not 100 thousand, but 95 - and would have won these competitions. And why don't they? The cost is higher. We are engaged in this business, and 2.5 thousand arranged children out of 3 thousand filmed are the result. If we took 30 thousand, we would arrange 28 thousand.

“So far, everyone is at home” is criticized, among other things, for the fact that only cute healthy children are filmed there, and the Kizyakov family built a house. Now the former presenter of Channel One assures that the building was erected a year before the start of the project about orphans and that there is no point in making excuses - the sponsors transferred money not to the transfer accounts, but to the guardianship authorities.

There was no official reaction from Channel One, but it is obvious that the separation turned out to be scandalous. Timur Kizyakov bluntly says that he wrote his resignation at the end of May, because "it became difficult to work with the channel's management." However, on the First and after the departure of Malakhov and Kizyakov, there were enough legendary projects and stellar presenters left.

By the way, one of the first versions of Malakhov’s departure from Channel One is related to the fact that “Let them talk” is becoming a more politicized program, which the presenter allegedly did not agree with. This assumption of the BBC, in fact, was confirmed: the first full-fledged release of the program with a new presenter was dedicated to Mikhail Saakashvili.

TV presenter Timur Kizyakov explained the reasons for leaving Channel One. According to him, together with the project “So far, everyone is at home,” he resigned of his own free will back in May, after the scandal with the video passports of orphans.

Kizyakov insists that at the beginning of June, the producer of the program, Dom LLC, on his own initiative, sent an official notice to Channel One that he would no longer create a program for them: “We did this because of the unacceptable methods of work of the channel’s management.” Kizyakov refused to disclose the essence of the claims. “We don’t know anything about the fact that the channel allegedly decided in April not to work with us anymore,” he told Vedomosti.

Kizyakov also insists that the break in relations with Pervy for Dom is not directly related to the video passport scandal: “Although it was extremely unpleasant for us that the channel did not protect us in this situation.”

As reported, Since 2011, companies owned by the creators of the program “So far, everyone is at home” have received about 110 million rubles at tenders from the Ministry of Education and Science, as well as regional authorities (data from the public procurement website and SPARK-Interfax). to create videos about orphans.

Timur Kizyakov, host of “So far, everyone is at home,” calls these videos, along with the accompanying documents about orphans, video passports. The production of such a video passport costs 100,000 rubles, follows from the procurement documents. Video passports are posted on the site of the same name and are broadcast on Channel One under the heading "You will have a child."

The representative of Channel One, Larisa Krymova, reported that the channel, on commercial terms, buys a license from the manufacturer for the entire program, including the heading “You will have a child.” She did not disclose the amount. The channel was not aware that videos about orphans were produced at the expense of the state, Krymova claims. The broadcaster is investigating whether the producer violated the terms of the contract, she added.

“So far, everyone is at home” has been on the air on Channel One since 1992. The producer of the program is the structures of the Transcontinental Media Company Alexander Mitroshenkov. A source close to Pervy knows that the channel pays about 1.5 million rubles for one episode of “So far, everyone is at home”, in addition, the heading “You will have a child” has a separate sponsor - the tile manufacturer Kerama Marazzi, some of these money is also received by the creators of the program.

State funding for video passports became known after a meeting at the Ministry of Education and Science, where an employee of the Ministry, Yevgeny Silyanov, said that Kizyakov receives money from the budget to create videos about orphans and sues other charitable foundations if they try to use the term “video passport”.

According to Mediascope, 13.9% of viewers in Russia over 4 years old watched the last episode of “So far, everyone is at home”, this is the 49th result among all shows and series for the week (data for residents of cities with a population of more than 100,000 people).

On the evening of August 15became knownthat the TV show “So far, everyone is at home” will no longer be broadcast on Channel One. This was reported by RBC, Vedomosti and Komsomolskaya Pravda, citing sources on the TV channel. Sources of RBC and Komsomolskaya Pravda linked the termination of the contract between Channel One and Dom LLC, which produces Poka Vse Doma (49.5% of the company belongs to the host Timur Kizyakov), with the events of the end of 2016 - then the journalists learned about the state funding of video questionnaires orphans who appeared in the program. At the same time, the source of Vedomosti specified that the reason could be the drop in the rating of the program over the past years, and the situation with video questionnaires has become the “final point” for the channel.

“So far, everyone is at home” has been airing on Channel One since 1992 (during this time, the channel has changed its name more than once); Lead all this time was Timur Kizyakov. In 2016, he joined the supreme council of the United Russia party, promising that he would be involved in the development of children's television and the placement of orphans.

Information that Kizyakov's company receives budget money for filming video profiles of orphans appeared in December 2016; The first channel knew nothing about it. Since 2006, “So far, everyone is at home” has a heading “You will have a child”, which is run by Elena Kizyakova's wife. The section shows stories about orphans - “video questionnaires”, for each of which the “House” receives 100 thousand rubles under a state contract (for three years the organization received 35 million rubles). At the same time, Kizyakov is suing other producers of video questionnaires and criticizes charitable foundations that are engaged in placing orphans in families (for the fact that when they shoot their videos about children, they “cook who knows what”).

In December 2016, Channel One promised to investigate whether the manufacturer had violated the terms of the contract. Immediately after the publications, the First initiated a check. "As a result, the information about the fraud was confirmed," - said the interlocutor of RBC.

An employee of the Channel One directorate, which oversaw the release of the program (asked not to give his first and last name), confirmed this information in a conversation with Meduza: “After the New Year, an investigation into the scandal with orphans began, and that was the end of the story. But the channel even before that had a million complaints against them [the creators of Poka Vse dom]].

“The channel systematically works with charitable foundations, but it turned out that we are helping them, and our charity program is making money. It is also interesting that Kizyakov did not take part in a single charity event for children, which is carried out by the channel. Every year on June 1, the channel travels to one of the cities to visit hospitals and orphanages. And they always asked in the cities to bring Kizyakov, a friend of all children,” a Channel One employee told Meduza.

"We understand that the news about the First is generating traffic, but no, we are not closing Let's Get Married", "Fashionable Sentence", "Test Purchase" and "First Studio". For the future, we are not closing the Field of Miracles either, KVN, "What? Where? When? And "Evening Urgant". "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire" is fine too. "Good morning" feels great. The program "Time" is still released at 21.00. Smak didn't run out of food. Dmitry Krylov is buying tickets for the next trip," the press service of Channel One told RIA Novosti.

"Let them talk" with Dmitry Borisov collects excellent ratings. You'll see the updated "Tonight" soon. (Vladimir) Posner, by the way, is also with us. But we are glad that our programs are so popular that the news about each of them soars to the top of Yandex. We advise our colleagues not to wishful thinking," the channel added.

Earlier, the media reported that the host of the programs “Let them talk” and “Tonight” Andrey Malakhov may leave Channel One. On Wednesday, the press service of the First Channel of RIA Novosti reported that on the initiative of the presenter Yulia Menshova, the project "Alone with Everyone" is being closed in the new TV season; at the same time, the channel is working with the TV presenter on two new projects that viewers will see in the near future.

It also became known that another host of Channel One, Alexander Oleshko, switched to NTV and in the new season he will host the contest "You are super! Dancing."
