• 120 g plums. oils;
• 315 g sugar powders;
• 1-4 tbsp. cream or milk.

Leave the butter for a while at room temperature, then grind together with the powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon of milk (or cream) until smooth and light in color. Add milk one spoon at a time until the desired consistency is reached.

Mastic recipe

• 1.5 cups glucose syrup;
• 1 tbsp. l. glycerin;
• 1 tbsp. l. gelatin;
• 1 tbsp. l. water;
• 900 g powdered sugar;
• additional 1-2 tsp. water as needed.

Place the syrup and glycerin in a heatproof bowl. Sprinkle gelatin on top and then add water. Leave the mixture for 1 minute to allow the gelatin to swell and soften. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir and microwave again. Repeat until the mixture becomes clear.
