Lecithin for children: indications for use

Lecithin is a complex of unsaturated fatty acids, complex fats, phosphorus, choline. It is found in all cells of the body
1/2 liver, 1/3 of the brain and 1/5 of the nervous tissues. This substance is simply necessary for the correct and full development of a growing organism.

Lecithin is an emulsifier based on phospholipids. It normalizes, strengthens the nervous system, has a positive effect on the chemical composition of the blood, the absorption of vitamins, and the maintenance of normal cholesterol levels. It also improves the work of the digestive, cardiovascular, reproductive systems. It is an indispensable substance for the brain, liver, cell membranes.

The body is able to produce lecithin itself, but most of it comes from food of plant and animal origin. Rich in phospholipids and amino acids are: egg yolk, sprouted wheat, sunflower and soybean oil, caviar, fish oil. Lecithin is also found in nuts, raisins, olives, fatty cottage cheese and butter, as well as beef and sour cream.

How to recognize the lack of lecithin in the body

1. The very first bell about the deficiency of lecithin in the children's body are disorders of the nervous system. The child's mood is constantly changing, attention is reduced, sleep disturbance is observed.

2. With insufficient intake of this substance, intolerance to fatty foods, bloating, flatulence, stool disorder, dysfunction of the liver and kidneys are noted.

3. Often the child begins to complain of headaches and joint pain.

4. A lack of lecithin is accompanied by an increase in pressure and a general deterioration of the body, and existing diseases can progress.

5. Reduced immunity, which leads to frequent colds.

6. In children under three years of age, there is a violation of speech, psychomotor development.

7. If the child goes to school, there is a decrease in his performance, memory impairment, nervousness and fatigue.

8. Children with a lack of lecithin find it difficult to adapt to a change in the conditions of their usual life (for example, they go to kindergarten, school for the first time).

1. For the formation of the nervous system, the baby receives the necessary amount of lecithin with mother's milk. However, if the substance is not enough, you should consult a doctor for advice. He will tell you how best to make up for this shortcoming.

2. An interesting fact is that the amount of lecithin received in the first year of a child's life determines his intellectual abilities. Due to the sufficient intake of phospholipids and other components of the substance, the amount of memory and the resistance of brain cells to the influence of negative factors and aging increase.

3. The emulsifier improves the mental abilities of babies even after a year. They learn faster, remember new information better, start speaking, reading, counting earlier.

4. Phospholipids help maintain lung health by directly affecting body gas exchange and blood oxygenation. This emulsifier helps with respiratory diseases (bronchitis, pneumonia, tuberculosis).

5. Lecithin is used for the correct absorption of fat-soluble vitamins for children: D, A, K, E. This, in turn, prevents the development of diseases such as rickets, scoliosis, osteoporosis and others caused by a lack of these substances.

6. Since lecithin is practically the main component of the liver, it is his doctors who prescribe it to combat diseases of this organ (for example, hepatitis, obesity, intoxication, cerosis, etc.).

7. The presence of a sufficient amount of emulsifier in the body helps the child to more easily cope with stress and age-related experiences. Find out, lecithin is presented in the assortment of the company of biologically active complexes.

8. Schoolchildren simply need this substance for normal mental and physical activity, to improve academic performance.

It is important that the child receives a sufficient amount of lecithin. This emulsifier has unique and vital properties for the body, on which the full mental and physical development of the baby depends, as well as strong immunity.
