How should you behave on the beach?
1. If a person is hot, you can not immediately climb into the water. You need to walk along the shore, go to shallow water, wash your hands, feet, neck with water (especially if the water is cold). And then slowly go deeper.
2. You can not swim to the state of bluish lips and "goose bumps". Everything needs a measure.
And after you got out of the water, it is advisable to wipe yourself with a towel so that drops of water do not provoke a burn.


3. How many sunbathe? They lie down on the sand and lie for an hour or two, until the skin turns red-brown. But it is very harmful for the skin! Moreover, the lighter the skin, the more active the ultraviolet rays affect it. And their excess can provoke even skin cancer.

You can sunbathe in the morning from 9 am to 11 am or after 5 pm, when the activity of the sun subsides.

You can also pick up a fungal infection. After all, the fungus reproduces well in a warm, humid environment, and short-term contact with the fungus is enough to become infected. Therefore, I always walk along the beach in shales.
If the reservoir is located in an Asian country, then you can step on a scorpion, which is attached under a leaf or a pebble. And if the passage to the water goes through thickets of grass, then you can run into a viper.

During swimming, all muscle groups are involved, which is very useful for the spine and joints.

It is believed that daily swimming promotes weight loss. I don’t know how true this is, but it is, of course, useful for improving posture and strengthening muscles.

What to eat on the beach

Many on the beach arrange real feasts! What is not on the impromptu table! And chicken, and sausage, and potatoes. Even mayonnaise!
But after all, firstly, it all quickly deteriorates in the sun. And secondly, it is generally undesirable to eat fatty and high-calorie foods in the heat. Optimal food: sour fruits, apples, tomatoes, cucumbers. They have a lot of juice, which will help replenish the loss of fluid.
When you return home, be sure to take a shower and wash yourself with warm water.
If you are still burned, the body should be lubricated with a moisturizer. You can use regular low-fat sour cream or sour milk. But with alcohol and cologne, as some practice, it is impossible to lubricate the skin. As well as lubricate the burnt places with a greasy cream. This can make you feel worse.
