A vivid example of this is Pavel Volya, a literature teacher and former KVN worker, who, I suspect, has not worked a day in his specialty (except perhaps during the mandatory student practice). For example, in a comedy show "Give Youth!" almost entirely done by people from the team "Maximum". This program is a set of sketches, among which there are quite successful ones. "Graduates" of KVN are increasingly ousting the so-called "professionals" from television screens - actors, directors, producers and screenwriters. They broadcast, come up with new programs, write scripts for films and TV shows. Even those whom we don't often see on the screen are usually present behind him in the role of writers and producers of projects.
